Malou Toft is VP for Milestone in EMEA and heads sales, marketing and customer operations across the region with offices in 15 countries. Malou joined Milestone Systems in 2018 after an extensive career at the Telenor Group, where her responsibilities included sales, product management, commercial strategy and digital transformation. During her 17 years in the telecoms industry, she held roles in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Thailand and Myanmar working with B2C and B2B solutions and the IoT market.  Malou holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and organizational communication as well as a Master of Science in Management of Innovation and Business Development from Copenhagen Business School. She has also studied at the University of Southern California, Melbourne University and London Business School. In addition, she has received numerous recognitions for excellence in business development and leadership, including as a Top 100 Business Talent featured in Danish business magazine Berlingske Tidende, and an award for outstanding leadership by the Danish Association of Lawyers and Economists.

Anis Sahbani is Professor of Robotics and Computer Science at Sorbonne University in France. He received his Ph.D. in 2003 in Robotics and Computer Science from Paul Sabatier University. As well as publishing more than fifty articles in leading international journals and conferences, he has seven patents including three internationals. In 2014, Anis Sahbani founded Enova Robotics, which is based in Paris and has a manufacturing plant in Tunisia. In 2015, the company launched the first security robot in the world for civilian use. Enova also manufactures other mobile robotic solutions. Enova Robotics has won several international awards such as  two gold medals from the World Intellectual Property Organization, a gold medal of the International Invention Fair in the Middle East, and the gold medal of the International Exhibition of Inventions at Geneva.
