Kenneth Joined Milestone Systems in 2014 as Chief Sales and Marketing Officer. For the previous 17 years Kenneth has worked with SimCorp, with his most recent position being Senior Vice President, Head of Global Sales. He was responsible for sales-side leadership to develop the Nordic region and has spent 10 years in the United States building the Americas business unit for SimCorp. Kenneth holds a Master of Science in Economy (Cand.Polit) from Copenhagen University.

Bjørn Skou Eilertsen came to Milestone in 2013, bringing a strong entrepreneurial background from the IT industry, and experience from key roles at a series of startups as well as product management, marketing and sales roles with IBM and Microsoft. Prior to Milestone, Bjørn headed the EMEA product management and sales operations for the Microsoft CRM business. In his role as Chief Technology Officer of Milestone Systems, Bjørn looks after the Products, Research, Development, Global IT and Operations. He says: “My goal is to accelerate innovation on the collective Milestone technology platform, in collaboration with our community of partners and customers, to improve the way video is used to safeguard, improve and operate the world.”

Prior to joining Milestone in 2015, Benjamin was Managing Director for Asia Pacific for Guidance Software, a world leading company in digital investigative solutions.There he scaled up the organization by driving their business through a combination of channel partners and security vendors resulting in record sales. Benjamin has also worked with Computer Associates, Entrust, Cisco and McAfee, running their operations in Asia-Pacific. He holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from the University of Adelaide in Australia and has attended the Graduate Program in International Management from Stanford University Graduate School of Business in the US.
